What the Law Says

What happens if a repair fails after you've left?

That's exactly what the Lifetime Labour Warranty is there for. Should a repair we've done ever let go later, ring us and we'll return to sort it properly. There's no extra charge and no argument about whose fault it is, just the job finished properly.

Do you provide proof of licensing on request?

Yes, always. We carry NSW Plumbing Licence #292427C, and any plumber on the job can show it before starting if you'd like proof. It's a good habit to check, and we'd rather you feel comfortable than take our word for it.

What does Quality Workmanship Guaranteed mean?

It means the work is done properly the first time, tested before we pack up, and finished to a standard we'd be happy with in our own home. If the finish doesn't hold up, we come back and make it good, no debate needed.

Are you insured if something goes wrong during the job?

Yes, always. We're licensed and insured, water and gas, which means proper cover is in place for the whole time we're working in your home. That protection applies to every visit, small jobs included, so a dripping tap carries the same cover as a burst mains pipe.

How Our Response Works

Can I request a specific time window?

Yes, let us know what suits you when you call or fill in the callback form, and we'll try to work around it. For a genuine emergency we'll always move faster than a booked window, because water damage doesn't wait.

What's the fastest way to reach you in an emergency?

Call (02) 9138 6504 directly. A real person answers, day or night, and can get a plumber moving on your job straight away. The callback form works too if you'd rather not talk on the phone, but a call is always the quickest path.

How soon can someone be dispatched?

As soon as we know what we're dealing with. Once you've described the problem, we get someone on their way fast, with same-day emergency service the standard for anything urgent. We won't give you a false countdown, just an honest sense of where you sit in the queue.

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes, genuinely. We're open 24 hours, every single day, weekends and public holidays included, rather than just standard business hours. Plumbing emergencies don't check the calendar before they happen, and neither do we, so the phone is always answered.

Pricing Questions, Answered Honestly

Do you charge for travel time?

No, never. Getting to your door is covered by the $0 Call Out Fee, not billed separately once we arrive. You're charged for the job itself, priced plainly before a single tool leaves the van.

What does Best Price Guaranteed actually mean?

It means the price we agree with you upfront is fair for the work at hand, with nothing hidden and nothing tacked on part-way through. Best Price Guaranteed is our way of saying you won't be short-changed for calling an emergency plumber instead of shopping around.

How does your pricing work?

We look at the problem first, then walk you through fair, upfront pricing, no surprises, before any work begins. If the job turns out bigger than expected once we're inside the wall or under the floor, we stop, explain what's changed, and get your OK on the new price before continuing.

How does the $65 off my first service offer work?

New customers get $65 off your first service with us, deducted from that job's total. It's a one-time welcome offer for anyone who hasn't used us before, and it works alongside the $0 Call Out Fee on that same visit.

What's Different About Haberfield

Are strata buildings in Haberfield more prone to hot water outages?

Not especially, and that's the honest answer. This suburb is mostly detached and semi-detached Federation-era houses on their own blocks, not the kind of place with a lot of strata towers. What we do see a lot of is hot water systems in these century-old, long-owned homes running well beyond their useful life, because families tend to stay put here for decades.

Are Haberfield homes near the water more prone to corrosion issues?

Less than you'd think. Haberfield sits inland from the harbour with low salt exposure, so salt air corrosion isn't the main threat to pipework here. The bigger issue is age: plenty of these pre-1940 homes still run on their original galvanised water pipes, which corrode from the inside and slowly choke off pressure to the taps.

Do you service both older and newer parts of Haberfield?

Yes, right across the suburb. From the heritage streets near Hawthorne Canal Reserve on the eastern side to renovated homes closer to Reg Cody Memorial Reserve in the northwest, we cover the lot. Old Federation cottage or a recently renovated kitchen extension, the plumbing gets the same attention either way.

Do you know Haberfield's streets well enough to find properties fast?

Yes. Between Dalhousie Street's row of historic churches and the loop of Boomerang Street, we know how Haberfield's heritage grid runs. That local knowledge means less time spent second-guessing an address and more time actually fixing the problem.
